Mobile Medical as used here in referring to Mobile Medical & Health Check Center Limited and associated companies with Mobile Medical Prestige & Health Check Company Limited, Grace Integrated Medical Group Limited, Medi Lab and Mobile Medical Plus Health Check Center.

You accept and agree to be bound by the T&C upon your using any Services or otherwise accessing the Websites or using any information found therein. If you do not accept the T&C, you may not and should not access the websites or use the services or information provided thereunder. Description of Service

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of Mobile Medical’s Privacy Policy Statement and that you agree with it. The Privacy Policy Statement is hereby incorporated into and made part of these Terms of Use. Access to and use of this website and the information, materials, products and services available through this website are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and to these Terms of Use.

After the transaction and payment have been successfully completed on our Site, you will receive a confirmation email sent from our Site, and all order transactions will be recorded in the account you have set up on our Site. You can redeem the purchased product/service before the expiry date, in accordance with the redemption instructions. In general situation, all items sold on our Site will not accept the request of return/ refund (except for special situation). Health Screening/Vaccines/Other related services

1.1 The prices of products and services listed on the website are calculated in Hong Kong dollars (“HKD”).

1.2 All health check plans including blood tests only available for customers aged 10 or above. Between ages 10 – 16 have to be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian with a signed parent/guardian consent form, and proof of identity. Between ages 16 – 18, customers must carry a signed consent form from parent/legal guardian.

1.3 All health check plans, vaccines and related services are valid for 1 year starting from the date of payment. Reservations are taken one month in advance. The ordered Measles/Mumps/Rubella Vaccine needs to finish the 1st dose in three months after purchase. The ordered above 1st dose of vaccine should be completed within one year. The exact valid date may vary from time to time according to the promotion or health screening item.

1.4 All services and products must be completed at the same branch.

1.5 Unless otherwise specified, medical reports will be ready around few weeks (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. Indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more time to test

1.6 Customers can get one free call or face-to-face report explanation. Customers may be charged an additional fee of $250 for another report explanation. All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $200 for additional copies.

1.7 Time of self-pickup: Jordan Branch: Mondays to Saturdays (3 pm to 5:30 pm)/Causeway Bay & Tsuen Wan Branch & Kwun Tong & Sha Tin: Mondays to Saturdays (2pm to 5:30pm.)

1.8 Post Fee:a. Hong Kong- Local mail $20; Registration$40 b. Mainland China, Macau- $70 post fee c. Overseas- $120 post fee. We make no warranties regarding the completeness of report copies. If they choose mailing reports, then they do so at their own risk. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a letter of referral from a doctor, we're entitled to charge $250 for this service.

1.10 The data of the report results only reflect the physical condition of the customer on that day. Changes in the customer’s physical health in the future may not be related to the data of the report result.

1.11 Customers must understand that any tumor indicators cannot accurately show whether the customer has cancer. The results are preliminary and for reference. To fully understand cancer screening, you can consult a doctor and use a variety of different screening techniques to accurately diagnose the disease.

1.12 There may be a small amount of vaginal bleeding after the pap smear, which is normal. If customers have any doubts, they can notify us to cancel the Pap smear.

1.13 Women who are pregnant or those who are suspected of being pregnant are not allowed to undergo any X-ray examinations. If customers suspect that they are pregnant, please notify us to cancel the X-ray examination.

1.14 The risk of the blood test: a) Blood oozing at the puncture site, b) Flooding around the puncture site, c) Hematoma around the puncture site, d) Hand numbness, e) muscle soreness of arm. If customers have any doubts, they can notify us to cancel the blood test.

1.15 All vaccines provided by the company have different injection terms and conditions, which is according to the characteristics of individual vaccines. Customers must read and understand them in detail.

1.16 The company can provide receipts (except for intermediary customers), consultation papers, and referral letters (additional fees are required). The company is not responsible for the success of the customer's insurance appeals and the company's declaration. If necessary, please check with the appeal agency.

1.17 Any medical or health care information provided by us on this website is for reference or educational purposes only and we do not warrant that such information will meet your health or medical requirements. Furthermore, our website is NOT intended for use in diagnosing or treating medical or health conditions, and is NOT a substitute for qualified professional medical or healthcare advice and should not be treated as such. You should always seek advice from a qualified medical professional or other healthcare service provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or health condition.


2. Supplements and vitamins

2.1 Delivery

Free shipping (S.F. Express) with every order of supplements and vitamins over HK$500. Customers can choose self-pickup services at SF stores and SF Express delivery, or door to door by S.F. Express. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong and the coverable range of SF Express. Once the order confirmed we will arrange the delivery and the parcel should arrive at your address within the next 5 *business days. Please note that all delivery timescales are subject to availability of stock and delivery to the remote areas may take longer. If purchase less than $500, a courier fee will be charged by SF Express directly. *Business day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Hong Kong.

2.2 Self-pickup

Can pick up on Kwun Tong, Sha Tin, Yuen Long or Jordan branch

2.3 All vitamins and supplements sold are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance, and no claims and evaluations made for this product. All products are not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease.

2.4 If the products are damaged during delivery, the customer can request a replacement of the goods. Please provide the photo of the damaged product with the order number and send it to our email: cs@mobilemedical.com.hk . Please note that the company will only accept unused products for replacement.


3. Refund policy

Under normal circumstances, it is not accepting any request of a refund after the payment is completed. The refund service provided by this website must be bound by the following terms:

3.1 If the services/products are completely inconsistent with the objective descriptions on this website, it can get the refund. It is not including any personal evaluation and perception.

3.2 Customer needs to contact Customer Service to request the refund within 7 days after the purchase is successful. Overdue applicants will not be accepted, except the special case.

3.3 Customer needs to provide accurate information to prove that the products are inconsistent with the objective descriptions.

The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version, the former shall prevail.
