Mobile Medical as used here in refer to Mobile Medical & Health Check  Center  Limited and associated companies with Mobile Medical Prestige  & Health Check Company Limited, Grace Integrated Medical Group Limited, Medi Lab and Mobile Medical Plus Health Check Center.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. After the transaction and payment have been successfully completed on our Site, you will receive a confirmation email sent from our Site, and all order transactions will be recorded in the account you have set up on our Site. You can redeem the purchased product/service before the expiry date, in accordance to the redemption instructions.

In general situation, all items sold on our Site will not accept the request of return/ refund (except of special situation). Please contact 2369-0680 if you have any question about there fund policy

Customers is supposed to be aged 10 or above

Between ages 10 – 16 have to be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian with signed parent/guardian consent form, and proof of identity

Between ages 16 – 18, customers must carry a signed consent form from parent/legal guardian

In normal situation, health Checkup Package with 1 year validity. Registration must be completed within 1 years, e.g. purchase date is 1st January 2018, customers must be registered on or before 1st January 2019. Reservations are taken one month in advance.Invalid exceeds the period.

Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be readied around 20 working days (excluding Saturday,Sunday and public holiday) A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. Indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more time for test

Freight Collect

Customers can get one free call or face to face explanation. Otherwise, customers would be charged an additional fee of $250. All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $150 for additional copies. We make no warranties regarding completeness of report copies. If they choose mailing report, then they do so at their own risk. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a letter of referral from a doctor, we're entitled to charge $250 for this service.
